Stratford Land provides private financing for land only through a variety of loan types. Our entrepreneurial approach to lending allows us to creatively structure financing packages to meet each client's needs.

Utilizing debt as a complement to equity investment can be an effective way to maximize returns. Because our loans are non-recourse, we make financing decisions based on our own valuation of the underlying asset. This internal underwriting allows us to close quickly and requires limited financial information from our borrowers.

Stratford Land continues to fund new loans despite current economic conditions, focusing on high growth corridors in Texas, Arizona, southern California, Colorado and the eastern seaboard from Virginia to Florida. We maintain offices in Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Raleigh, Denver and Jacksonville.
